Nursery Admissions/Waiting List

Due to the current situation and school closures, all nursery admissions are  being processed centrally by the ELC team. Whether you have applied for a place in our  nursery class or, your child is returning to our nursery, you should have received a letter, asking you to complete a short online survey. This survey should be completed in all cases by Monday 8th June. The information provided will be used to ascertain your preferred pattern of delivery, if your child is returning to our nursery this August, or, to allocate new places.

Best Start Grant

Best Start Grant School Age Payment is a £250 payment from Social Security Scotland made around the time a child normally starts Primary 1 to help with the costs of starting school. You may be eligible if you are the parent or carer of the child, and you get certain benefits or tax credits.

If your child was born between 1 March 2015 and 29 February 2016 you will be able to apply between 1 June 2020 and 28 February 2021.
